Team Power Block and Nick race Bundaberg

Last weekend a few of ValeBMX's finest headed up north Bundaberg ways for some racing, trail and rum drinking fun times. With Ross and Joel let off leash, Nick free as a bird, a finely groomed BMX track ( thanks to Bundaberg BMX club), some tight trails and a pub across the road it was set to be a good weekend.

With Conrad's absence Ross dominated the vet pro class for an easy win. In the pro class Joel and Nick were dripping with style, Nick eventually taking a stab for the top spot in the final, ending in disqualification. Trails were shredded left, right and center thanks to Wayne Finlay and crew, it was a good weekend, no drop-bears were sighted. Peace.

Change is in the air for Nick Richardson (Richo)

Richo is now officially on S&M Bikes, Profile Flow and Helensvale BMX shop team.
He is super pumped on his new ride and the new direction!

Already hitting up the trails and boosting big, Richo looks snug as a bug in a rug.

Darwin and Out!

The past 4 Days in Darwin was a blast! We managed to ride a heap in the HOT dry season weather without causing to much trouble around town! Other than Will getting spastic at the Honeypot, Kie making out with random chicks and donuts in the Combi nothing was too out of the ordinary.

The first few days were spent hunting for rails, ledges, stairs or anything that could be riden on. Jesse, Kie and Will definitely came up with the goods for some decent video edits for the trip so far.

"Ride for Life" had a decent turn out on Saturday. Loads of local shredders! Not sure how they do it tho when your average day is 35+ degrees!

Sam and the young TripleSix team rider Jason Watts, were up supporting the event giving out prizes for the winners of comp's.

Big thanks to Jed and Co. plus the crew from Spokes NT for the session on their pump track.

Darwin Road Trip with Stowaway

It's hot day and night! The park has some kool hits! And already we have sussed out some good street spots to hit in town.

After a long day scouting the town we met up with the Stowaway boy's Jamie, Kye and Jessie at the Mindil Beach Markets for some good food and fireworks. "Wil, said Mitch was right about all the lack of chicks!"

The next few days are going to be fun riding with everyone and I did hear a mention of some local trails. Sweet!

Richo Team Change

As most of you know by now Nick Richardson has parted ways with long time sponsor Colony BMX. Nick has left on good terms with the all the Colony boys.

Nick will now be holding it down for S&M Bikes and will be on board his new S&M ATF frame very shortly.
